We aided in the fundraising efforts for the Heyer family. Dan had contracted Mesothelioma and has left work. He has a wife, four daughters and a lot of friends and family looking out for him now. Dan is also one of the founding members of Team USA Beerfest/Bockfest Team with us. On January 18th, 2025, we had a fundraiser party at Aegir Brewing in Elk River. Mnbeerbus only used it’s website to allow ticket sales and did not take one cent from it. Just from this event, we raised $27,427.40 and allowed so many people to come spend some time with Dan and his family. Food truck, and three bands played, along with raffles and a great silent auction.
